 Randy P. Campbell, President

Our President and CEO, Randy P. Campbell is the former Executive Director of the National Association of Foreign-Trade Zones (NAFTZ).   Based in Washington, DC, he worked with U.S. Congress to pass legislation simplifying entry procedures for FTZ’s, advised Department of Homeland Security, Department of Treasury, and U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) to help each implement policy regarding its proper role in the Foreign-Trade Zones program.  Mr. Campbell’s participation was integral in Treasury’s creation of Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT), as well as the department’s efforts in the Black Market Peso Exchange Multi-lateral Working group meeting in Columbia.  He is a former instructor for CBP at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center.

Prior to his work in Washington, he served as Vice President of Development for the York County Economic Development Corporation and Director of York Zone 147 in Pennsylvania.  Mr. Campbell created the FTZ project for York, Pennsylvania.  This Foreign-Trade Zone was the first in Pennsylvania to incorporate a regional concept. 

Mr. Campbell has advised companies in South Africa, Spain, and France, and has worked with representatives of the World Customs Organization (WCO), the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the governments of the United States, South Africa, Spain, Panama, Aruba, and Columbia.  He is a member of the Board of Directors of the World Trade Center (WTC) of central Pennsylvania, and a member of the Pennsylvania Economic Development Association, and the National Association of Foreign Trade Zones.

Mr. Campbell is an advisor to the founding group of the World Free Zones Convention, and has been an active participant since its inception in 2001.


 Corey W. Campbell, Vice President

As Vice President of Campbell Trade Group, Inc., Mr. Campbell is responsible for marketing and promoting the company through the various medias and latest technologies.  Additionally, he is responsible for monitoring the latest changes and developments with regards to U.S. Foreign-Trade Zone regulations to ensure that Campbell Trade Group, Inc. is prepared to assist clients as required.  Corey has experience creating and submitting Annual Reports to the U.S. Foreign-Trade Zones Board for zones administered by the Campbell Trade Group, Inc. and developing Minor Boundary Modification applications to assist clients in joining the U.S. Foreign-Trade Zone Program.

Prior to joining Campbell Trade Group, Inc, Corey was President of Campbell Marketing Corporation, a marketing and advertising company specializing in industry marketing solutions. 

Mr. Campbell has also worked for Johnson Controls, Inc within the Building Efficiency Division as Master Scheduler.  Within this role, Corey was responsible for the custom air-handler and absorption chiller businesses.  His major responsibilities included developing and maintaining short-range financial forecasts, streamlining business processes, and strengthening relationships with international and domestic customers and suppliers. 

Corey held various marketing, scheduling and project management positions with York International Corporation, a leader in the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning industry.  He began his career developing marketing strategies and creating product advertisements, testing engineering software, and writing sales literature.  As a product scheduler in York’s controls division, he was responsible for optimizing production schedules, implementing cost reduction strategies, and coordinating international and domestic shipments.

Mr. Campbell earned his bachelor’s degree from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and Master of Business Administration degree from The Pennsylvania State University.
